#9/100 - Scarecrow Shenanigans

Sunday was an awesome day! It was super nice out, quite possibly the last nice weekend day we have for the Fall.

There was a fun festival going on at our local family museum. My son is super obsessed with this place and we go about once a week. We are currently members, so it's free admission for the year. The festival is called Scarecrow Shenanigans and it's full of tons of Fall and Halloween activities for kids of all ages. You get to wear your costume, do fun science experiments, eat candy, play on the exhibits, and tons of other stuff.

"The Pumpkin Guy"

A captain and his mateys.

"The Dead Horsemen"

What has eight legs and is standing behind you?

"Let's just take a rest real quick,"

"The Mad Scientist"

He was totally in character the whole time. Shouting off captain's orders, asking others politely to walk the plank. He even found another little boy his ages dressed up as a pirate and they played for a bit at the museum's park.

All in all, we had a great weekend. Lots of quality time with the boy and doing fun Fall and Halloween activities. I am super excited for trick or treating this week.
